The Rainbow Club's favourite month of the year: October! Happy Halloween everyone, we hope you've had a lovely month - here is what we've been up to...
A darts day out...
It was a lovely day, so we decided to try out a new local place - Flight Club! Philip loves darts, and we had been saying for so long that we would go, so that morning we decided spontaneousley to go!
Did anyone mention...Devon?
If you know any of the Rainbow Club, you will probably be familiar with the term "it's not long til Devoooooon" (even from the moment they got home from last years trip).
We headed off for the 2025 Devon trip on Monday 6th October for the week - it was a week full of craft activities, random sports (yes, we did do a Tai Chi class, and yes, Robert has now claimed he will become a Tai Chi Master by next year, and yes, Naz did make his own version of Tai Chi.)
We enjoyed some trips out for a post-dinner pub drink, and also a day in Tavistock.
Here are some pics!
Some spooky kids club actvities
We did a week of Halloween themed art activities with the kids clubs, ceramic pumpkin tealight painting, among other halloweeny ornaments!
Warner Brothers Harry Potter Studio
During the kids half term we took a group to the Harry Potter Studios! Everyone was very excited to be there, and all had different highlights of the day - and everyone enjoyed a butterbeer!
A very, very, very, very, rainy day out
As it was half term, we decided to take the Rainbow Club out for the day - we went to the Mall Galleries and out for a really nice lunch, and the rain was absolutely relentless but we managed to stay (relatively) dry!
See you at the end of November for more updates!
