We've had a lovely month of clubs, and a couple of outings in May. We're in the midst of planning all the fun summer activities, so in the build up to this we had a slightly quieter May.
As well as the usual weekly clubs, here are a few highlights of the month...
Painters Hall Guilded City Exhibition
We went down to Painters Hall for a special exhibition called 'The Gilded City' which had 11 artists demonstrating their professions within the ancient art of gilding!
London Craft Week
We went down to Shoreditch Town Hall for London Craft Week, which had such an amazing selection of makers. The adults got lots of inspiration for future activities.
Clock Making
During the Rainbow Club we spent a couple of sessions making beautiful clocks - the whole group were so proud of their creations and they turned out wonderfully.
Painting with our new Patron, Will Best
We had another visit from our newest patron - Will Best, who did a lovely ink drawing with Robert.
A fluffy visitor
Ella recently got a Golden Retriever puppy, who came to visit!
Club Highlights
A few images from our clubs!
Sponsored Walk
We unfortunately had to postpone the sponsored walk due to the weather, so this will now take place in July. The walk caters to all abilities so it isn't Everest, but it will be around the main landmarks of London. Here is the link to the JustGiving page, so please do share it around and donate to the adults efforts!
'Inspired By...' Exhibition
Our next exhibition of works by the adult groups and children will be on the 25th June between 4.30 - 7pm. Come down, enjoy a drink, see the art and say hello! Please do let us know if you expect to join us.
